Repeat Prescriptions
Please give us 48 hours notice when ordering your repeat prescriptions.
As this is a dispensing practice prescriptions of all commonly used drugs are
made up in the dispensary on the surgery premises.

The standard amount of repeat prescription dispensed under the NHS is one month's supply.

Medication reviews, eg: for diabetes or asthma, are good clinical practice and, if you have
a relevant history/repeat medication, you will be called for routine review with the Doctor or Nurse.

To order your repeat medication via email please download this "Repeat Medication Request" form and save it to your home computer as a blank copy.

Each time you wish to order more medication, simply use "save as" to create a new copy of the form (you will need to rename it). Complete the form by typing in the relevant information about type of medication etc, then email the completed form to the Practice's address:
